HOUSE RULES
• No Pets ($500 charge if evidence of any animals).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No parties or events of any kind.
• No smoking inside of the house.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors before you leave the home.

• Gate Code: #7473 (Use either the gate code or gate remote opener to enter the community).

KEYS
A keypad lock allows entry through the front door. Once you’ve entered the residence you will find a “Welcome book” on the TV stand that contains a key ring with the front and back door keys, the gate remote opener, garage door opener, and a card key for the pool. You have the choice to continue using the keypad or door key to lock and unlock the door. Lost keys (door/pool), garage or gate openers will be charged a minimum of a $30 or more replacement fee (depending on the item lost) upon checkout and reflected on the final billing.
• To unlock the door, please use the code that was sent to you via the app or text from the host.
• To lock the door, just press the / button.

UTILITIES
The average overall utility (electric, gas, water) & Wi-Fi cost runs between $250-$300/month. Should the utilities exceed this amount, the renter is responsible for any costs over $300 for the month.

PARKING INFO
The house has a two-car garage. Please feel free to park your vehicle in the garage or you may use the driveway. Please avoid parking on the street.

TRASH DAY
Every Wednesday night or Thursday morning please take the trash and recycle bins to the curb in front of the house. Once the city collects everything, please return them to the side of the house behind the gate.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check in: 300 p.m.
Check out: 11:00 am (upon check-out please turn off all the lights)
When checking out, place keys and key cards in the welcome book on the tv stand in the living room and lock the door behind you.
